Supplier orders connected to store stock needs

AlTijara gives store owners and suppliers separate working areas within one platform. Retailers can review available supplier listings, while suppliers manage their catalogs, offers and customer orders.

Start with the stock requirement

Review the item's available quantity and low-stock position, then compare matching supplier products and offers. Check pack sizes and ordering units: a pack price and a single-unit price are different purchasing measures.

Follow the order through delivery

Review the order before sending it and follow its status in the supplier workflow. Record what was actually received. Partial receiving supports deliveries that arrive in separate batches, so the recorded stock follows the goods that reached the store.

Give suppliers a dedicated workspace

Suppliers can maintain product listings, import catalogs through supported Excel templates and manage offers and delivered invoices. This separates the supplier's work from the store's checkout while keeping the business relationship organized.

Review statements and amounts due

Supplier statements, due dates and account reviews support reconciliation between the parties. Review an invoice or voucher against its source records. A recorded statement or payment voucher does not itself transfer money to a bank account.

Questions about this workflow

Do suppliers use the same screens as cashiers?

Suppliers have a separate supplier experience for catalog and order work.

Can supplier product lists be imported?

Supported Excel import templates help suppliers add and maintain catalog information.

Does recording a payout send bank money?

No. A recorded voucher is an accounting record; actual money movement requires a separately configured payment service or external bank process.
