Review the figures behind the totals
Follow cost of goods sold, operating expenses, customer balances and supplier amounts. Review the trial balance and financial statements together with the original transactions. Accurate opening balances and consistent account classifications matter before relying on a reporting period.
Profit, financial position and cash flows
Use financial-statement workflows to review profit and loss, financial position, cash flows and changes in equity. Accounting schedules and adjustments support the review. Entity-specific estimates, policies and disclosures still need an authorized accountant's judgment.
Individual branches and combined reviews
Follow branches individually and review combined financial information when the relevant branch records have been synchronized. Review inter-branch activity and required eliminations before using combined figures for statutory reporting.
Draft XBRL preparation
The export workflow produces an IFRS 2025-tagged draft with current and comparative figures in KWD and local ledger review detail. Kuwait Qayd/Taqeed portal acceptance, its required taxonomy and complete filing requirements have not been verified. Do not treat the draft ZIP as an approved Ministry submission.
Questions about this workflow
Is the XBRL export approved for Qayd?
No portal acceptance is established. The export is explicitly a draft and requires the authority's accepted filing profile and validation.
Does software replace an accountant's review?
No. Recognition, estimates, supporting schedules and entity-specific disclosures need accounting review.
Can I review several branches?
Yes. Separate branch books and combined review reports are available when the relevant records are synchronized.
