AlTijara connects the grocery checkout to stock and accounting records. Store teams can use the Android app or browser version, work in Kuwaiti dinars and give each cashier the access needed for their role.

From barcode to receipt

Search by product name or barcode, add items to the cart and review quantities and totals before payment. Hold a cart when a customer needs more time, then return to it. Cash change and split-payment recording help cashiers finish a sale without rebuilding the basket.

Cash, KNET and card payment records

Record cash and payments made on an external KNET or card terminal. Split a sale between supported payment methods when needed. AlTijara records the payment in the business accounts; it does not itself process a customer's bank card or provide tap-to-phone acceptance.

Multiple cashiers, shared stock

Signed-in devices share store records through the central service. Staff permissions govern access and price exceptions. An internet connection is required to save transactions. Check device connectivity and permissions before putting a new register into service.

Close the day with payment totals

Review recorded cash, KNET and card totals through day closing. Compare the app's figures with the cash drawer and external terminal settlement. Recording a terminal payment does not replace the bank's settlement report.

Questions about this workflow

Does AlTijara accept KNET payments directly?

AlTijara records KNET payments taken on your external terminal. It does not currently include an integrated KNET payment processor or tap-to-phone SDK.

Can I use more than one register?

Yes. Authorized signed-in devices share store records. An internet connection is required to save transactions.

Which devices can I use?

Use Android 10 or later, or a supported web browser. On iPhone, use the browser version.
